Robbie Thompson

Robbie was the co-founder and CTO at Demandly, a tech startup using AI to optimise demand planning for merchants. Before that he was the Technical Director at Ruroc, a motorcycle helmet retailer, where he helped to scale the business from $1m to $50m in revenue.

He has deep expertise in building scalable tech for brands, ranging from building data warehouses to implementing ERP systems. Having led teams across web, data, IT, and mobile, Robbie specialises in creating scalable, resilient tech foundations - the kind that fast-growing ecommerce companies need, but rarely have in-house.

Daniel Goodwin

Daniel was the VP of Engineering at Demandly, where he developed the core data platform that powered the company's demand planning and profitability products. He built dozens of custom integrations for systems such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and Xero, to power each merchant's data warehouse.

Prior to this he was the Head of Web Development at Ruroc, and its sister brand Enginehawk, where he managed development for the Magento store. Here he worked on replatforming the company's website, implementing the ERP, and building the custom data stack.
